By default Quick Launch is disabled in Windows 7 because of the new ability to pin items to the taskbar. However, the familiar Quick Launch toolbar is still available for those who miss the feature. This will show you how to enable Quick Launch on the taskbar in Windows 7 as a toolbar with small or large icons.
