Windows7 - Enabling The Menu Bar In Windows Explorer

By default, the menu bar is not displayed in Windows Explorer which is a real pain for many Windows XP users. Luckily, Windows 7 allows you to permanently show the menus at the top. This guide will walk you through the steps needed to enable it.
